电子信息学院School of Electronics and Information电子信息学院最早可以回溯到1958年创建于西北工业大学的无线电系,这是全国最早设立的无线电技术专业和电子工程专业的单位之一。1970年哈尔滨军事工程学院空军工程系航空武器控制、航空武器设计专业整体并入,国防特色更加鲜明。2003年5月成立西北工业大学电子信息学院。60余年来,培养了我国70%以上的航空电子与火力控制系统总师,为我国航空工业系统信号与信息处理学科培养了第一位博士,研制了我国第一架无线电测控中小型无人机、第一部机载航行雷达、第一套无人机宽幅面航空摄影对地观测系统等。The School of Electronics and Information (SEI) at Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) was established in May 2003, whose predecessor is the Department of Radio System founded in 1958.SEI@NPU has 212 faculty members including 35 professors and 87 associate professors.
